Watch how The Soap Lady of Cocoa makes the Best Bar of Soap! Handmade onsite.

Hi, I’m Lisa Marie owner of the Soap Lady of Cocoa.

Today we handmade a batch of our famous Florida Breeze bar of soap, as it is always in high demand.

I had some out of town visitors come in to watch how I make my handmade soap. Gave them a lesson on the organic ingredients I use such as Cocoa Butter, Shea, Olive, Castor, Avocado & Coconut oils that go into each bar of this luxury soap.

We have a place to sit in the front to watch the magic happen! First the butters and oils are put into a pot to melt and blend them all together. Once the temperature is just right, we mix it with a solution and thru the process of saponifacation everything turns into our wonderful base. Gotta love science. After quite a bit of stirring, the mixture reaches a certain thickness  and then I add  the lip safe colorants and stir a bit more. The last thing to be added is the scent.Various scents are added such as Lavender, Cinnamon, Vanilla, Strawberry, Mahogany, Lemongrass and so much more. A little more stirring and then we pour it into the molds. Twenty four hours later the mixture has cooled and it will be time to pop it out of the mold. Looks like a loaf of bread with my own swirly touch on the top! Our cutter is customized to make each bar perfect! Then off to curing before I will finally cut them, wrap them in my recycable shrink wrap as they are now ready for use.

If you are ever in town, stop by and see The Soap Lady of Cocoa! I would love to share with you how this whole venture started, to create the best bar of soap, and give you a tour of my shop!

How would you like to make your own soap? I teach classes. You can have your own private lesson. Just call 321 614 6876. If I don't answer just leave a message. I am probably busy making soap.

Signed,

The Soap Lady of Cocoa

Looking forward to seeing you here! Happy Washing!
